However, we offer the following exceptions:

• Technical Non-Delivery: If you are unable to access course materials due to issues on our side, contact us within 7 days for a possible refund or alternative access.
• Course Not as Described: If you believe a course significantly differs from its description, message clear evidence within 7 days and we will review your case.

Refund Conditions:
• Requests must be made in writing to our support email.
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.
• If a refund is approved, you will be reimbursed via your original payment method, minus any processing fees.

No Refunds:
